We are not offering support for Internet Explorer for any of our products at this moment.
Product updates will be available to our paid users for up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can use the installed product even when your support validity expires.
It is permissible for you to modify our product to meet your requirements. Please take note that there may be an easier and better approach to accomplishing your goals than modification. Check the documentation page and contact us via email to find an easier and better way.
We always advise using the template override approach or another plugin, such as a PHP, JS, or CSS snippet plugin, for modifications.
Modifications made directly inside the plugin will void the support license immediately. Droip team will not be bound to offer support for customized installations.
If we suspect that you are attempting to abuse the licensing terms or our business in any way, we retain the right to immediately block your user account.
If you register for an account on the Droip website, you are in charge of keeping it secure and are entirely liable for all activities that take place under the account as well as any other decisions made in connection with the account. Any unauthorized account use or other security breaches must be disclosed to Droip.
